We provide cell phones to victims of crime to prevent further victimization and help increase well being. .

How do I donate a cell phone?

Be sure you have deleted all programmed information such as phone numbers, scheduled appointments, sent and received phone numbers and calls, etc. In other words clear out your history. Ensure you have the battery and the charger. Bring into the Police Station on Balmoral and give the bag to the receptionist at the front desk. Inform the receptionist that this is being donated to VCAO.
